Delivery Policy
Tammy Sue's Cupcakes delivers between 10am-6pm, M-Sat, west of I-35 and south of Hwy. 183 within Austin.
A $15.00 delivery fee applies. We may vary this amount according to distance traveled.
Order cancellation and full refund only available at least 24 hours prior to delivery.
We will call your contact number approximately 1/2 hour before arriving on the day you specified for delivery.
If you are not home, or not answering your phone when we attempt delivery to you, we will hold the order for you at our kitchen. You will be responsible for picking up your order on the same day. You will not be refunded the delivery fee or order price.
Uncontrollable events such as weather, traffic, construction, and other factors can affect the timing of your delivery.
For our drivers' safety, we cannot guarantee delivery times, but will do our very best to deliver freshly baked cupcakes as soon as possible on your requested delivery day.
We do not take responsibility when given incorrect addresses or recipient information.
We reserve the right to decline delivery based on travel distance or accessibility.
